21 Oceanfront and our sister property, Doryman's Oceanfront Inn, are proud to be part of Newport Beach's history. Originally constructed in the early 1900s, these historic buildings retain many of their original architectural features and character that make them unique destinations along the California coast.   

While we strive to provide an inclusive and welcoming experience for all guests, the historic nature of our properties may limit our ability to offer certain accommodations or modifications that may be available in newer facilities. We are committed to making reasonable efforts to assist guests and improve accessibility wherever feasible while preserving the historic integrity of our buildings.
